I’ve been stuck on a level for several days, are some levels impossible to win?

Some levels are very challenging, though none are impossible! Here are some general tips to help you:

• Check the targets before you start a level. Try to match the pieces you need first to complete levels faster.
• Examine the game board before you start and plan out your first moves in advance, rather than making a match randomly. Try to discover the characteristics of the level's shape and the layout of the colours, as this will help to avoid wasting moves.
• Don't always follow the clues suggested by the game because they only show the possible moves. It's up to you to find the best move.
• Try to make matches at the bottom of the game field. Falling pieces increase your chances of getting automatic matches.
• Try making bigger matches so you can get stronger power-ups.
• Make use of your power-ups and boosters.
